I'm Elise, a Registered Dietitian and food lover. I work with my clients on integrating good nutrition into their lives while navigating the chaos of life. 

In addition to working with clients, I have a passion for being in the kitchen and developing recipes that are both delicious and nutritious. At The Flourished Table you will find easy to make recipes that are both nourishing and tasty. I am on a mission to show people that healthy food doesn't have to taste bland!
