The Flourished Table

The Flourished Table is an online practice that provides personalized nutrition coaching, custom meal planning services, healthy recipes, and nutrition advice for individuals looking to improve their life through good food and nutrition.

Life can be busy, stressful, and overwhelming. But food doesn't have to be. If you feel like you can't quite figure out how healthy eating fits into your life, I'm here to help.

I'm Elise, a Registered Dietitian and food lover. I work with my clients on integrating good nutrition into their lives while navigating the chaos of life.

In addition to working with clients, I have a passion for being in the kitchen and developing recipes that are both delicious and nutritious. At The Flourished Table you will find easy to make recipes that are both nourishing and tasty. I am on a mission to show people that healthy food doesn't have to taste bland!

Let's Work Together

Take the stress out of healthy eating with a meal plan that includes recipes and grocery lists that are all personalized to fit your food preferences and lifestyle.

Whether you are trying to improve lab results, reach a healthy weight, increase your energy, or just feel better overall, one-on-one nutrition coaching can help you achieve your goals.

Quit searching the internet and get the answer to your nutrition questions straight from a credible source. Spend 30 minutes with Elise to ask any questions you want.
